A school district in Columbus, OH is seeking experienced School Psychologists to support K-12 students during the uping school year. This contract position offers flexible part-time hours, generally ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week per building, with opportunities for full-time schedules for candidates willing to serve multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support for behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Maintain accurate records in pliance with district and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license appropriate for Ohio
- Experience working in K-12 school settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and psychological best practices
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads effectively
