Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cognitive and academic assessments for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding mental health and educational strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
