We are in search of a Production Value Stream Chief who not only excels in hands-on mechanical tasks but also displays dynamic leadership to cultivate and drive a culture of continuous operational betterment.

Day in Your Life:

As the Production Value Stream Chief, you’ll command the orchestration of daily operations, focusing keenly on safety, quality outputs, punctual deliveries, and astute cost management—all while fostering a proactive, growth-focused team atmosphere.

Daily Challenges:

• Implement Lean transformation strategies aimed at perpetuating a continuous improvement ethos
• Mastermind kaizen workshops, empowering team proficiency and waste elimination
• Keep meticulous tabs on production schedules, manpower deployment, and output indices
• Skillfully manage timekeeping and payroll through ADP systems
• Work hand-in-hand with HR on staffing and recruitment missions
• Guide employee development, paving paths for upward mobility
• Maintain fluent dialogues with staff on the floor and corporate stakeholders
• Take charge of performance measures, illustrating results through platforms like Excel and PowerPoint
• Lead manufacturing tours with utmost professionalism
• Champion safety by arranging education sessions and routine checks

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of substantial hands-on leadership within industrial manufacturing
• An innate leadership style characterized by presence and engagement
• A mechanical mind coupled with technical process understanding
• Deep curiosity and a mentality geared towards perpetual improvement
• Clear communicator across all organizational levels
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• A trade school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree would be advantageous

Preferred Experience:

• Operational know-how in handling ADP systems
• ERP or other manufacturing data systems experience
