Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher in New Hope, MNto join a dynamic school team for the 2025/2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs, providing specialized instruction to help them succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction to students with special needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure student success.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the district.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License
• Previous experience working in a school-based special education setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Additional Information:

• Full-time
• Onsite only position.
• Pay dependent on experience and location
