We’re partnering with a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company in Portland, OR that’s seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead and elevate their employee development efforts. This is a 100% on-site role offering $130K–$145K DOE, an annual bonus, competitive MDV benefits, generous PTO, and a truly collaborative and people-first culture.
In this high-impact role, you’ll have the opportunity to build L&D programs from the ground up, driving growth and development across all levels—from frontline leaders to the executive team.
What You’ll Do:

Design and implement company-wide learning and development programs

Build curriculum for leadership development, performance management, and succession planning

Deliver training and coaching for leaders at all levels, including executive presentations

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align L&D with business goals

Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve program design
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience designing and launching L&D initiatives from scratch

Strong background in leadership training and organizational development

Ability to connect with a diverse workforce—from hourly employees to the C-suite

Experience in the manufacturing industry is required

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
