Preschool Teacher 2K and 3K Classrooms
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead our preschool classroom. This position is perfect for someone who understands the importance of early childhood education and loves guiding little learners through key developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Foster a classroom environment that supports growing independence and language skills
Guide children through potty training with patience and consistency (2K)
Model and encourage prosocial behaviors such as sharing, turn-taking, and empathy
Work collaboratively with an assistant teacher to deliver a stimulating and nurturing classroom experience
Maintain effective classroom management to support safety, structure, and learning
Build warm, respectful relationships with parents and students
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with toddlers or in a preschool setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A positive, patient, and nurturing demeanor
Ability to develop and follow structured lesson plans
Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-teachers and leadership
