Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored instructional plans that acmodate individual student learning styles and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting educational strategies as necessary
• Maintain pliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Create a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and self-advocacy

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with K-12 students across a range of disabilities
• Strong understanding of special education laws, intervention strategies, and assessment methods
• Excellent munication and collaboration skills
