Teach undergraduate and graduate Bible, theology, or ministry-related courses and provide spiritual mentoring for our seminarians.
Qualifications:
· Academic Doctorate in Biblical Studies or related field
· Credentialed worker with the Christian and Missionary Alliance

· Perform other duties in accordance with this position as deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor
Essential Functions:
· Teach four (4) Bible, theology, or ministry-related courses (half undergraduate; half seminary) per semester as assigned by seminary dean
· Provide spiritual mentoring for our seminarians
· Assist the seminary and university leadership in the assessment of program learning outcomes (PLOs) within the seminary annually for the purpose of continuous improvement
· Administer and supervise a designated program within the seminary as assigned (i.e., BA Biblical Studies, MA Ministry Leadership, or Master of Divinity degree)
· Advise seminary students (graduate and undergraduate) consistent with supervisory duties
