A full-time Elementary School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year in Bentonville, AR. This role offers the opportunity to work in an engaging elementary school environment focusing on comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and student behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for 12 primary categories of disability.
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on evaluation results.
- Write detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Present evaluation results and participate in special education conferences.
- Provide behavioral support to students as needed, collaborating with educators and families.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a school psychologist, preferably within elementary school settings.
- Strong skills in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise evaluation reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively in special education meetings and conferences.
