Responsibilities:
<ul>

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Provide direct instruction and support through our online platform
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Masters degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Valid MN teaching certification in Special Education
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
At least 2 years of experience in Special Education
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Proficiency in virtual instruction technology
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Strong munication skills and ability to build rapport virtually
</li>
