YOUR NEW ROLE AS LICENSED COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR
As a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, your days will revolve around imparting comprehensive knowledge and hands-on training to future professionals in hair, skin, and nails. You'll conduct engaging classroom sessions and provide guidance in our clinic classrooms, preparing students for the state board exam. Every day, you foster a positive learning environment, keeping students motivated throughout the program!
REQUIREMENTS
- A valid cosmetology license and instructor license in the state of Michigan
- 3+ years of experience in the cosmetology industry, with proficiency in hair cutting, color, and chemical services as well as nail and skin care
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage and motivate learners
- A positive attitude, collaborative skills, and reliability
- Consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures
