Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Integration Specialist to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Matawan office. The Integration Specialist plays a key role in the onboarding and implementation process for new practices throughout New Jersey. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, operations, and third-party system integrations. Your work will directly impact the success of practice transitions and the scalability of our platform.
Job Title: Integration Specialist (This role requires travel to practice locations as needed for onboarding, training, or troubleshooting)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Title Duties (not limited to):
- Manage end-to-end integration processes for new practice onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their existing systems and technical requirements.
- Serve as a technical point of contact throughout the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Document integration workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading inter-company integration projects or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, Athena being a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
- Ability and willingness to drive to various practice locations as needed
