Qualifications:
- Active certification/license in OT
- Experience working with K-12 special education students
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preference for candidates with specified caseload experience
Location:
- Oswego, IL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and staff to support student needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with varying abilities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and administrative documentation
- Travel between multiple school buildings as required
