Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher position is available for an elementary school setting, focusing on grades 3-6. This contract role spans the full school year and entails a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications:
- Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification in Special Education required
- Experience working with elementary school students, specifically grades 3 to 6
- Ability to manage a classroom caseload effectively
- Commitment to participate in new teacher training, if possible
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instructional programming tailored to students with special education needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and report student progress regularly to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students within the assigned grade levels
