Qualifications:
basic knowledge of agriculture. Willing to learn. Double checking what's in the map verses what's in the field. Able to follow directions; quick learner. Willing to report findings. Good communication skills. There will be two locations -- must be able to drive a BASF vehicle to get to the other location.
Responsibilities:
Must be punctual and organized. Be responsible for for returning plants after planting. Watering plants. Plant counting after first week of planting. Replant if needed -- be able to identify when this needs to be done. Labeling plants. Training will be provided. Be present with critical tasks, for example, pollination in Esparto location. Flower count for watermelons trial.
