Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Springfield, VT to hire a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher for an elementary resource room setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with students who require moderate academic and behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals

• Manage caseload of elementary students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and mild behavioral needs

• Provide pull-out and in-class support services

• Engage in collaboration with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents

• Monitor academic progress and adjust strategies as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field

• Active Vermont Educator License with Special Education endorsement (EEI)
  (Endorsement: Special Educator, Grades K12)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a special education setting

• Strong organizational, communication, and data-collection skills
