Part Time Admissions Appointment Scheduler

Flexible Schedule | No Lesson Planning or Outside Work | One-to-One Instruction

The Enrollment Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for prospective students for

all Brightmont Academy campuses for both inbound and outbound calls.


  • For outbound calls, the enrollment coordinator is responsible for contacting leads

that have completed online lead forms which are fed into Hubspot within 48

hours of their initial call.


  • For inbound calls, the enrollment coordinator is responsible for answering calls

that come in through the Brightmont 800 number during the hours they are

working. If calls go to voicemail, the enrollment coordinator will return those calls

within 24 hours.



Responsibilities:

  • Logs into multiple systems to perform their job: Hubspot and Call Rail

  • Speaks with prospective families who have requested information about our schools.

  • Screens leads using notes from training that were provided by our Lead Appointment setter to determine if student meets the minimum qualifications to speak with a Campus Director.

  • Schedules tours for prospective families with our Campus Directors.

  • Correctly sort leads to maintain accurate customer records in Hubspot.

  • Confirms tours the day before Open Houses to ensure they show

  • Makes a dynamic impression, sparks interest, and demonstrates the value ofcspeaking with our Campus Directors.

  • Schedule flexibility

  • Other Duties as assigned or Requested

  • May be asked to track call scenarios for marketing purposes.

  • May be asked to participate in the trial of new processes.

  • May be offered work hours, in addition to scheduled hours, in order to meet the needs of the business.


Required Skills:


  • Computer Skills (Google Suite) and the ability to maneuver throughout various computer programs.

  • Decisive decision-making ability when assessing interest of prospective families.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

  • Ability to quickly implement coaching into practice.

  • Ability to adapt to new processes, including those which involve technology.


Required Experience:


  • High School diploma or its equivalent required, bachelors preferred

  • Call Center experience preferred

  • Customer Service experience preferred

  • School admissions experience preferred
