Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.

This contract position is seeking three Special Education Teachers to support elementary, middle, and high school students in Glenwood, IA, for the upcoming school year. Candidates must hold an appropriate Iowa Special Education teaching license and possess experience working within SPED classrooms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Iowa Special Education Teaching License: Elementary candidates must have Strat 1 or Strat 2; middle school candidates require at least Strat 1, with Strat 2 preferred; high school candidates must hold Strat 2.
  • Proven experience in special education instructional settings.
  • Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:
