Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Elgin, IL, is seeking two licensed School Psychologists for the 2025/2026 school year. These contract positions offer opportunities to support both elementary and high school students within a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed School Psychologist in the state of Illinois
  • Valid Professional Educators License (PEL)
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students

Job Details:

  • Location: Elgin, Illinois
  • Contract Duration: School Year (CSY)
  • Positions Available: One Elementary School opening and one High School opening
  • Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week
  • Days: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and development
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized plans for students
  • Provide counseling and intervention services tailored to student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
  • Monitor student progress and provide data-driven recommendations
