A K-12 school in Elgin, IL, is seeking two licensed School Psychologists for the 2025/2026 school year. These contract positions offer opportunities to support both elementary and high school students within a dynamic educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed School Psychologist in the state of Illinois
- Valid Professional Educators License (PEL)
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students
Job Details:
- Location: Elgin, Illinois
- Contract Duration: School Year (CSY)
- Positions Available: One Elementary School opening and one High School opening
- Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week
- Days: Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and development
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized plans for students
- Provide counseling and intervention services tailored to student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide data-driven recommendations
