A K12 public charter school in Columbia, SC is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 20252026 academic year. This in-person role requires availability for at least 3.5 days per week, beginning in late July and continuing through the end of May.
The school serves approximately 500 students across both general and special education programs, with the majority of special education students in grades K8. The campus consists of four connected buildings in a single-site location.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for K12 students

Provide direct services and support for students with a range of academic, emotional, and behavioral needs

Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families

Support IEP development and attend eligibility and planning meetings

Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina School Psychologist license

Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
