Position Type:
Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Temporary Leave Coverage
Start: August 5th
End: November 7th (with possible extension through December)

Overview:
A student-centered school district is seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide leave coverage for the beginning of the uping school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a small, focused caseload of students from Pre-K through 8th grade.

Caseload Details:

• 710 students across Pre-K through 8th grade

• Onsite services only

Schedule:

• Monday Friday

• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• Must currently hold a valid teaching license with an endorsement in Deaf and Hard of Hearing or equivalent

• OR have a licensure application in process (documentation required at the time of application)

• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate with school teams and families

• Experience working with students who are DHH across multiple grade levels preferred
