Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification or License
- Experience working with middle school or high school-aged students, particularly in special education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including one-on-one support
- Familiarity with team teaching models and classroom assistants

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and instruction to students with special education needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress for each student in the caseload
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and team members regarding student development
