Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support an elementary school setting in Rosendale, WI. This role involves collaborating with educators, families, and students to provide prehensive psychological services that foster student development, well-being, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral and learning challenges.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in pliance with school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure.
- Experience working in elementary school environments preferred.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, families, and educators.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities during the semester.
- Knowledge of current educational laws, regulations, and best practices in school psychology.
