We're Hiring: Dividend Specialist – Wealth Management Operations (Chandler, AZ)
Looking to grow your career in finance? We’re looking for a Dividend Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and have a strong interest in investments, this could be a great fit. Mutual fund experience is a big plus, but not required.
What You'll Do:

Help process mutual fund dividend payments and reinvestments

Keep track of distribution schedules and fund communications

Enter transactions and assist with manual trade logs

Review reports and help resolve any account discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or something similar

Up to 2 years of professional experience

Someone who’s dependable, organized, and works well on a team

Bonus points if you’ve worked with mutual funds before

Willingness to work extra hours during busy periods (especially year-end)
Work Setup:
This role starts fully on-site for training, then shifts to a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days a week in the office.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $21.02 per hour
