Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field (Masters a plus)

Current Texas certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing (EC12)

Skilled in ASL or knowledgeable in other communication methods used with DHH students

Previous classroom experience working with DHH learners

Ability to design, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset

Passionate about student advocacy, inclusion, and growth
