Pay Range: $35$45 per hour (Hourly, based on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Fall 2025

Soliant Education is now hiring a licensed Special Education Teacher for a full-time onsite position near Annapolis, MD. This is a contract position for the full 20252026 school year with consistent weekly pay and petitive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in K12 settings

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation

• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions

• ply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education services

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Special Education Teaching License

• Experience working with K12 students in special education settings preferred

• Strong munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to mit to full-time, onsite work for the entire 20252026 school year

• Must plete a phone screening with a recruiter prior to school district consideration
