Special Education Teacher High School Case Manager (Resource Role)
Location: Jaffrey, NH
Schedule: Full-Time | 20252026 School Year

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to serve as a High School Case Manager in a resource setting in Jaffrey, NH. This full-time position focuses on supporting students through individualized case management, collaboration with general education staff, and providing resource support to help students succeed academically and socially.

Position Details:

• High School Resource Room Case Manager Role

• Full-time hours (37.5 hours/week)

• Collaborate with staff, students, and families to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Support student academic progress and social-emotional development

• Start: 20252026 School Year

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire Special Education Teaching License

• Experience with case management and resource room settings preferred
