About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable School Psychologist to join our Early Childhood team for the 2025-2026 school year in West Chicago, IL. This vital role focuses on supporting the developmental and educational needs of our youngest learners. While psychologists in this position do not carry a traditional caseload, they are integral to the evaluation process, typically completing approximately 25 evaluations annually.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings to guide interventions and support student progress.

Effectively manage and analyze school data to inform educational decisions and track outcomes.

Provide comprehensive support for special education compliance and evaluation processes, ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations.
Caseload/Details:

Early Childhood focus.

Primarily responsible for completing approximately 25 evaluations per year, rather than managing a traditional caseload.
Special Requirements:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.

Extensive knowledge of federal and state special education compliance, with a strong emphasis on regulations and best practices pertaining to English Learner (EL) populations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, particularly those proficient in Spanish, to better serve our diverse student and family population.
