Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teletherapy Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our K-12 school team full-time. This is an incredible opportunity for experienced TVIs to work remotely from home while making a significant impact on students' education!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct teletherapy services to K-12 students with visual impairments

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success

• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education, with a focus on Visual Impairments (TVI certification required)

• State certification/eligibility as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired

• Strong munication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with children with visual impairments or in school settings

• Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
