Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers (SPED) for a full-time, onsite position with school districts in the Boulder, CO area. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications Required:

• Hold a valid Colorado Teaching License with a Special Education Generalist endorsement

• Meet all requirements set by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct instruction and intervention tailored to diverse student needs

• Support students in both resource and inclusive classroom settings

• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain detailed records, progress monitoring, and compliance with state and federal special education regulations
