An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional specializing in the field of school psychology. This part-time position is situated in a vibrant elementary school environment, focusing on students from kindergarten through sixth grade. The role involves providing essential psychological evaluations and interventions, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Location:
Fort Mill, SC

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations for a caseload of 35-40 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to create supportive learning environments.
  • Provide consultation services regarding students' emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  • Deliver professional development workshops to staff on mental health and wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Current licensure or certification in School Psychology.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
