What you'll do
The Training Program Manager supports the Behavioral Health and Transition Services (BHTS) Division—encompassing Residential, Outpatient, Diversion, and Reentry programs—by delivering, coordinating, and evaluating training and staff development initiatives. This role ensures employees across the division and, as needed, the broader organization, are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively, safely, and in compliance with required training standards and contractual/grant requirements. The Training Program Manager also manages training schedules, facilitates sessions, and monitors effectiveness to support workforce readiness and service excellence. This position is grant funded and continued employment is contingent upon ongoing funding availability.
What you'll bring
- AA degree required.
- Ability to obtain relevant training related certifications required by the division or the specific grant within a timeframe determined by BHTS leadership.
- Previous experience with developing curriculum, coordination and delivery/facilitation of training.
Preferably you'll bring
- 1-year experience as a trainer
- Professional Training or Adult Learning certification
- Instructional Design certification
- Familiarity with Relias learning system or other learning management system – creating attendance, scheduling classes, assessment and analytics
