Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
Full-Time Elementary Paraprofessional Anoka, MN

A second opportunity is available in Anoka, MNthis time supporting younger learners in an elementary school setting. You'll join a compassionate educational team dedicated to helping students build strong academic foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in developing literacy, math, and social-emotional skills

• Provide support to small groups or individual students under teacher direction

• Help manage classroom routines and reinforce positive behaviors

• Support inclusive practices and student engagement

• Monitor safety and participation during recess and other non-instructional times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements (see above)

• Experience with early childhood or elementary-age students is a plus

• Must complete background screening and training as required by the district
