A school district near Williamsburg, Maryland is seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher to support elementary students for the 20252026 school year. This position primarily serves students with Other Health Impairments (OHI), Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairments, most of whom participate in the general education setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction tailored to student IEP goals
Support inclusion by collaborating with general education teachers
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
Manage a fluid caseload of approximately 1015 students

Requirements:

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
Experience working with students with OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairments preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively within inclusive settings
