This healthcare professional role supports physical therapy services within a K-12 school environment in Dearborn, MI, for the full school year under a contract arrangement. This position is ideal for a licensed PT seeking a very part-time mitment, providing direct care 1-2 times per month with brief sessions for a small caseload of students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering in-person physical therapy interventions to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conducting approximately two 30-minute therapy sessions during each visit
- Monitoring and documenting student progress in pliance with school and healthcare standards
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to support individualized student goals
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy settings
