- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the project period
- Do not have strict hours yet, but will likely allow some variation in work hours except for initiation and training sessions
- Can earn performance-based incentives up to $150/week based on accuracy and productivity
- Participate in paid training sessions and pass qualification assessments
What you’ll be doing:
- Evaluate and score student verbal responses in accordance with provided scoring rubrics
- Apply scoring guidelines consistently and accurately
- Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the scoring process
- Collaborate with team leaders and fellow scorers to ensure scoring consistency
- Meet established accuracy and productivity standards
- Use scoring platform and communication tools effectively
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with K-2 student population
- Familiarity with early language development and reading comprehension acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with K–2 education, early childhood development, or literacy instruction preferred
- Understanding of language development and verbal communication in young children
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scoring protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the project period
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and Microsoft applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook)
- Access to a mobile device with texting capabilities for secure login via Microsoft Authenticator
