Position Overview:
The Learning & Development Manager will be a key driver in our AI enablement journey, designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that help our people adapt, grow and thrive in a rapidly evolving tech environment. Reporting to our Head of People & Culture for AMER & EMEA, this role will champion our TRUTH values while building capabilities that accelerate our transformation and customer success.
Location:
This role requires at least three days a week in the Herndon office. The rest of the week can be flexibly split between remote work or coming into the office, whichever suits your workflow best.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development Strategy

  • Develop and execute a holistic L&D strategy that directly supports our business goals and strategic priorities
  • Translate business strategy into targeted learning initiatives that build critical organizational capabilities
  • Partner P&C and leadership to identify future skill requirements and proactively build talent readiness
  • Establish metrics and measurement approaches that demonstrate L&D's strategic impact and ROI
  • Continuously evolve the L&D strategy to anticipate and address emerging business needs and market changes

Innovative Learning Design & Delivery

  • Develop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design cutting-edge learning experiences that build AI capabilities across all levels of the organization
  • Create engaging, multi-modal learning content that drives rapid skill adoption and behavioral change
  • Implement agile learning approaches that can evolve with changing technology and business needs
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning

Leadership Development Excellence

  • Design and implement transformative leadership development experiences that cultivate future-ready leaders
  • Create innovative approaches to develop leaders who embody our TRUTH values in action
  • Build leadership capability to drive change, foster innovation, and develop high-performing teams
  • Establish coaching and mentoring frameworks that accelerate leadership growth and succession readiness
  • Measure leadership program effectiveness through behavioral change and business impact

Career Growth & Critical Skills Development

  • Architect comprehensive learning pathways that enable clear career progression across the organization
  • Identify and develop learning solutions for critical skills that drive both individual and business success
  • Create personalized learning approaches that honor diverse learning styles and career aspirations
  • Implement skill assessment tools that help employees identify growth opportunities aligned with future needs
  • Partner with leaders to integrate learning into everyday work experiences and performance discussions

Transformation & Change Support

  • Drive learning initiatives that help teams navigate technological change with resilience
  • Build frameworks that encourage experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and learning from failure
  • Develop learning strategies that foster innovation and challenge the status quo
  • Measure and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes

Learning Experience & Technology

  • Leverage cutting-edge learning technologies to deliver scalable, personalized learning experiences
  • Apply data-driven approaches to continuously improve learning effectiveness
  • Experiment with new learning methods and technologies to keep our approaches fresh and relevant
  • Ensure all learning content embodies our brand and TRUTH values

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align learning with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate across teams to break down silos and create cohesive learning experiences
  • Coach leaders and managers to become effective developers of talent
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing learning programs in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated success in supporting technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with modern learning technologies and approaches (e.g., microlearning, social learning)
  • Strong project execution skills with ability to move quickly from concept to implementation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies preferred
