JOB ROLES:

As the Campus Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing support for federal program initiatives at the campus level, FACE initiatives and testing. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks to enhance campus engagement, support student success, and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Successful teaching and school leadership experience preferred

FACE PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain master event calendar for school and community use.

  • Promote the creation and development of new clubs and help identify potential club advisors among existing campus personnel. Also, provide resources/training opportunities for club advisors.
  • Supports student club advisors for fundraising opportunities.
  • Supervise requests for all club projects and fundraisers.
  • Assist student government, student clubs, and their sponsors in planning and organizing campus activities.
  • Supervise club & program mentors/advisors.
  • Support all stakeholders in their efforts to identify, develop, and maintain mentoring programs • Organize, support, and coordinate any engagement activities and events for students, parents, and staff.
  • Encourage and support all academic and sports competitions.
  • Direct the planning and implementation of parent programs such as home visits, parent activities, parent academies, volunteer programs, and trips.
  • Create programs to help students to and through high school and colleges
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders (admins, staff, students, parents, parent volunteer committee, community leaders, higher education institutions, etc.) to fulfill the school mission and goals.
  • Analyze and evaluate the ongoing FACE programs by providing data to the administration and central office executives.
  • Meet with the principal and Regional FACE Coordinator regularly to give reports and discuss the concerns to find the best solutions.
  • Meet with the designated persons to evaluate the programs regularly.
  • Organize programs for student engagement, such as leadership seminars, character education, community service, and personal development.
  • Collaborates with the Regional FACE Coordinator to run activities such as middle-high school transition, internships, various certificate programs, scholarships, senior-alumni transition and connection, and bridge four years on campus.
  • Organize expedition/exploration programs such as college trips, in/out-of-state trips, camps, and the Festival of Language and Culture.
  • Facilitate, promote, and assist with student recognition/award presentation events.
  • Oversee Before/After School Care Program • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
  • Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
  • The position is in an office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
  • Moderate travel is required.
