Persistent Technology Inc (PTI) is looking for a proactive and creative Training Associate with a passion for user education and digital enablement. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field, and brings 3+ years of experience designing and delivering training for cloud-based platforms. This role focuses on developing end-user training for ServiceNow, including building learning paths, in-platform guidance, and producing clear and effective user documentation for modules such as the Service Portal and dashboards.

The Training Associate will collaborate closely with functional leads, developers, and end-users to ensure a high-quality onboarding and adoption experience, driving user engagement and system proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging training materials for cloud-based platforms, with an emphasis on ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, and Service Portal usage.
  • Create role-based learning paths and on-demand tutorials tailored to user needs across departments.
  • Develop and implement in-platform guidance using ServiceNow's native training and help features (e.g., help panels, guided tours).
  • Support the creation of knowledge articles, job aids, and interactive guides aligned with ServiceNow interface updates.
  • Write, edit, and maintain user-friendly guides, FAQs, and documentation to support new features and updates.
  • Translate technical functionality into accessible and actionable instructions for non-technical users.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather training requirements and prioritize user enablement initiatives.
  • Serve as a user advocate to ensure training aligns with system design and user experience goals.
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and user onboarding workshops as needed.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to improve training content and delivery effectiveness.
  • Stay current on cloud training trends and ServiceNow capabilities to ensure innovative, modern learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience creating training for cloud platforms; experience with ServiceNow learning paths, in-platform guidance, and producing user guides for Service Portal or dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
