This opportunity is for a part-time Special Education Teacher dedicated to supporting high school students within a K-12 educational setting. The role involves working directly with students, lesson planning, and developing tailored educational materials to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction and support to high school students with diverse learning needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that acmodate individual educational requirements.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to promote a supportive and effective learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and ply with all state and federal regulations related to special education.

Qualifications:

  • Active Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably within a special education framework.
  • Strong skills in lesson planning and material development tailored to student needs.
  • Effective munication and collaboration abilities.

Position Details:
