Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are currently seeking one California-licensed Pharmacy Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Los Angeles area. This is a non-retail role based in a Customer Care Call Center environment, where youll support patients over the phone with medication needs and service coordination.
About the Role:
In this patient-facing call center role, youll be the friendly, helpful voice assisting individuals with pharmacy services, appointment scheduling, and medication transfers. The ideal candidate is passionate, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
Key Details:

Training Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM

Post-training Schedule: Must be fully open to a rotating weekday and Saturday schedule with shifts ranging from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturdays required on a rotating basis; Sundays may be introduced later

Pay: $25.00/hour

Quarterly bonuses of up to $2,500 available after 6 months based on performance and attendance
Qualifications:

Active CA Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)

National certification (PTCB) required within 12 months of hire

Experience with QS1 or similar pharmacy systems preferred

Must demonstrate exceptional munication skills, empathy, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset

Must be fortable working with a diverse and sensitive patient population
