Are you an enthusiastic Special Education Teacher eager to positively impact students while working remotely? We are currently looking for a certified Special Education Teacher with a valid Wisconsin license to become part of our forward-thinking virtual team. This fully remote 1099 contractor role provides the opportunity to offer meaningful instruction and support to K12 learners throughout Wisconsin, assisting them in reaching their IEP objectives within a collaborative, tech-enabled setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
-
Deliver personalized instruction and small group lessons aligned with individual IEPs

Adapt and modify curriculum to meet diverse student learning needs

Track student progress and update IEP documentation accordingly

Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and other service providers

Participate in virtual IEP meetings ensuring all state and district compliance requirements are met

Utilize online platforms to engage students and foster meaningful learning experiences
What Were Looking For:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
-
Valid Wisconsin teaching license or eligibility to obtain one

Proven experience supporting K12 students with mild to moderate special education needs

Comfort with technology and virtual teaching platforms
-
Ability to pass a basic technology screening

Contractors must have their own professional liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience delivering virtual instruction

Familiarity with Wisconsin special education regulations and documentation practices

Additional certifications or endorsements (e.g., LD, EBD, ASD) a plus
