Are you a people person? Do you enjoy keeping things organized and running smoothly? Our 55+ community is looking for a dynamic Activities Director / Manager to join our team and help foster a welcoming, fun, and well-maintained environment for our residents!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and host engaging events for residents throughout the year.
- Uphold community rules and regulations while fostering a friendly environment.
- Work with vendors and entertainers to organize successful community functions.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring it remains clean, stocked, and fully functional.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback—resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle resident concerns diplomatically.
- Comfortable working with vendors and contractors to coordinate services and events.
- Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office and Excel, email, etc.).
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or property management is a plus!
- Monday - Friday schedule, with some availability for pre-planned evening events.

Compensation: $19+, pay commensurate with experience
