An established K-12 school in New Albany, IN is seeking two full-time School Psychologists to join their team for the 2025-2026 school year (July 31, 2025 May 20, 2026). This contract position offers a dynamic caseload of approximately 60-80 students, including some English Language Learner (ELL) students, though bilingual abilities are not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license in the state of Indiana is required
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including ELLs, preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a school environment
