The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, number of months worked, as well as internal equity among our team.
Position Summary:
The Registration Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff seeking assistance with Academic Records and Registrar related services. This role manages the front office space, assists student employees in their daily tasks, manages all telephone calls, emails, and walk-ins, as well as managing other aspects of the Registrar’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in traffic, phone calls, and email inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Through direct entry to the student information system, this position will process requests for official/unofficial transcripts, student records updates, process Individual Offering/Independent Studies, process major/minor changes, and regularly assist the Registrar with other data changes.
- Manage enrollment and degree verifications, and oversee transcript processing services through the National Student Clearinghouse, including troubleshooting and resolving any service related issues.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Academic Records and Registrar policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and FERPA regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office or customer service setting; preferably experience in student services, registration, or records management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong computer skills; demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and email.
- General familiarity with database systems, including data entry and inquiry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience with Ellucian Banner or a similar student information system platform

Familiarity with FERPA and student privacy guidelines.
Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
