A global industry leader is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Global Mobility Specialist to oversee and manage its international and domestic relocation programs. This role is key to enabling seamless employee transitions and maintaining compliance and consistency across mobility operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in global mobility, cross-border HR processes, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, cross-border transfers, and permanent relocations.

  • Develop, update, and maintain relocation policies to ensure alignment with company goals, regulatory requirements, and market competitiveness.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, providing tailored guidance and support throughout their mobility experience.

  • Communicate effectively with employees about relocation benefits, policies, logistics, and available resources.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with relocation vendors and government agencies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.

  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to review and negotiate vendor contracts, optimizing service standards and cost control.

  • Oversee logistical coordination for both individual and group relocations, including housing, travel, onboarding, and compliance requirements.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and business leaders to support employee transitions and ensure a positive relocation experience.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support broader HR or mobility initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • 4–7 years of experience managing global mobility programs, including relocation, immigration, and international tax coordination.

  • Experience supporting programs with 200+ employees across regions.

  • 2+ years of in-house corporate mobility experience, covering both international and U.S. domestic moves, strongly preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and communicate across cultures.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
