The role is expected to commence as soon as possible and continue until the end of the school year.

Location: Joliet, IL

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students, assessing their psychological and educational needs.
• Provide written reports and recommendations based on evaluation findings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Serve as a consultant to school staff regarding mental health and educational strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic, with the ability to conduct evaluations and communicate effectively.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings.
• Strong assessment skills and familiarity with various evaluation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse populations.
