Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking qualified and dedicated School Psychologists to join our student services team in Tilton, Illinois, for the 20252026 school year. These are full-time (35 hours/week) positions supporting students across multiple grade levels.
We are currently hiring for three openings:

1 opening: Junior High (Grades 78)

2 openings: Elementary (Grades K4)
As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to promote positive educational outes and provide essential mental health and behavioral support services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prehensive psychoeducational assessments
-
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help develop IEPs

Provide individual and group counseling services
-
Support implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

Consult with staff and families to address learning and behavioral challenges

Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
Qualifications:

Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement

Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education evaluation procedures

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and munication skills

Experience with diverse student populations preferred
