WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time teaching position based on a structured weekly schedule. Exact hours depend on class times.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Clinic Classroom Learning Leader, you will guide students through dynamic mini-classes and interactive learning centers, ensuring the highest standards in technical instruction and guest service excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include mentoring future professionals, delivering clearly defined objective-based lesson plans, and continuously refining your approach to enhance the overall educational experience. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to shaping a disciplined, innovative learning environment that supports both individual growth and the evolution of industry practices.
IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?
- Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetics license
- Experience with Textured Hair and Styling
- Experience with instructing at a cosmetology school
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and delivering return on investment
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Solid work history with verifiable references
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
