Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.

An educational organization is seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year near Riverside, CA. These onsite positions focus on supporting students with moderate to severe and mild to moderate disabilities, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact student growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to foster inclusive classroom settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to enhance learning outes.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse disabilities.
• municate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic and behavioral progress.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for pliance with educational standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Valid California teaching credential with Special Education authorization.
• Experience working with students experiencing moderate/severe or mild/moderate disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse educational teams.
